Group Policy Client Service won't Start

I just installed a fresh VISTA on a new hard drive and when I start
I get the following error, any Ideas?

Hi Brent,

In the Event Viewer, are there any errors immediately preceeding it during
the bootup?

Also, what antivirus or system protection do you have installed? Have you
tried disabling it?

I'll tell you that I've not seen this error before, so I'm just making
logical guesses.

Nothing there sticks out as conflicting. You stated this was a fresh
install. I'm assuming a clean install to a new folder and not an in-place
upgrade? Was any other software installed?
