NTFS Encryption and P2P file sharing?

If I encrypt the files I share on p2p systems like KaZaA, will they
be useable by others who download them? Sorry if it's a dumb
question for you MVP's out there.... :-)

YES only the account that encrypted it can open it.and
there are no dumb questions, well except wheres the any key
