NTfrs - Fsutil.exe Utility

You should be able to get the utility from MS support.
Give them a call and only ask for the utility. You
shouldn't be charged if you only get the fsutil.exe
utility, but if you ask for troubleshooting help, then you
will be charged.

I'm running windows 2000 server and i see event id 13552
& 13555 showing up in my logs. After reading a few
Article from the knowlegde base it seems that a
modification to the log file size that the NTfrs service
uses has gone up in size from 128mb to 512mb after i had
applied SP4. Since i do not even have 512mb availible for
the log file i must change the size back to 128mb. It
states that i must use the utility (Fsutil.exe),
apparently it only comes with Windows XP & Windows 2003
which i do not have. Could anyone point me to where i can
download this file (Fsutil.exe) ? ? ?
