Hi,
Can I use ntdsutil to transfer/seize FSMO's from a domain
in one forest to another domain in another forest?

No, single master roles are EITHER domain specific or
forest specific.

Schema Master and Domain Naming Master are forest wide
roles; the other 3 are domain specific (each domain has it's
own set of 3.)
