Ntbackup to TAPE Drive (4mm DDS tape drive)

Here is my command

ntbackup.exe backup "D:\BACK.BKS" /v:yes /hc:blush:n /m normal /l:s /p "4mm DDS" /u

Here is what is in the BACK.BKS file

D:\FILE

When I run the command, the ntbackup program opens up, it loads the media but it does not back anything up. See log file below. What am I doing wrong?
