ntbackup not installed

I'm working with a friend that has XP Pro installed on a Sony Viao laptop.
Backup does not appear in the Systems Tools menu, nor is it listed in
Add/Remove Programs.
How can I install ntbackup.exe on his machine ?

It's on the windows installation CD in the \valueadd\msft folder or get
it here online:

Thanks for the information....However, could you please confirm the URL. I
don't find a ..../software/...... Thanks!

The URL is good. It automatically invokes the download of the file from
Internet Explorer.
