NTBACKUP frustrations

I'm having a problem with my scheduled backups. Now every night when the
backup is run, it doesn't run, because an error message comes up to enter
such and such tape, check the MMC console, and it backs up nothing. I don't
want to use a specific tape every night, as in the past I just want it to
overwrite whatever is on that tape, no matter what. In otherwords, just use
whatever tape is in the drive, no matter what tape windows thinks it
"should" be writing to. I use the /um switch which is suppose to accomplish
this, but it doesn't seem to be working anymore and I don't know what's
wrong. Anyone have any ideas?

Write a batch file to run the job, and make sure you use the /um switch to
tell it to use any tape. Then schedule the batch file itself to run the
backup job. I'm presuming you've prepared all your tapes and you can see
them in the RSM MMC, and they're in the Free pool?

If you email me offline (unmunge my address) I'll send you the batch file I
use...you can modify it to make it fit your setup.
