NTBACKUP error

Hi,

I've not been able to do backups for the past few weeks.
I am backing up to a HP dds3 tape drive.
I've been in contact with HP and we find nothing wrong
with the drive or media.
NTBACKUP starts backing up and comes up with an eror after
a few seconds:
