By and large, yes. However, since there are so many keys in
the registry I cannot say if their meanings are exactly the same in
each case in the two OSs.

I agree with the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. If you have Adobe Acrobat then
download the entire registry guide. It downloads to around 51 MB. You can
learn a lot at your will then
