NT4 DC in AD mixed mode

What is the correct procedure for decommissioning a NT4
domain controller in a Win 2k network running in mixed mode
 
It's nice and simple, you just need to turn it off and delete the computer
account!
If it's the last NT BDC in your domain you will probably want to keep it
safe as a long term backup of your NT domain. Other than that, nothing
special is required.
