NT terminal server to a PDC

How do you promote a NT terminal server to a PDC? The
reason I ask is as per my previous post. This is part of
a migration.

If the TSE server is a member server then you can't do it
the Microsoft way.
There is a tool called U-Promote
(www.algintech.com/UTools/UPromote.asp)

I used it to demote three BDCs to members server each
running Exchange and it worked like a charm.
