NT On Access Scanner

Occasionally I get a message to the effect "NT On Access
Scanner" not running properly. It asks if I want to send
the info to Microsoft. What is "NT On Access Scanner"?
 
Do you have McAfee Antivirus software installed on your system? If yes,
this appears to be a problem related to McAfee. You may need to check their
web site or their tech support for help with this issue.
