"NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" PROBLEM! HELP! URGENT!

I recently did a "PC System Recovery" on my HP computer
because i had a few things to fix. Everything's fine with
my computer, but about 4 or 5 minutes after XP starts, i
get a pop up box that says:


"This system is shutting down. Please save all work in
progress and log off. any unsaved changes will be lost.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
Time before shutdown: 00:01:00
---Message---
Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure
Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly."


I can't really accomplish anything because it restarts
the computer! please someone help!
