Your computer probably has the Blaster worm. This web page shows how
to download and run a Blaster removal tool. If you have another
computer available, download the tool on the other computer, write it
to a floppy disk, and take it to the infected computer to run:

Disconnect the computer from the Internet before running the tool.
After running the tool:
1. Enable the Internet Connection Firewall, which will prevent the
worm from returning, as shown here:

2. Connect to the Internet.
3. Run Windows Update to download and install all critical security
updates for Windows XP.
