NT Authority created new user??

In documents and settings, Windows XP Home, I have new
folders for local, network service and for myself.

I'm not sure what I did to bring this on, but it probably
is related to action taken after I saw an imjp.. module
active in the task manager.

I could live with the situation, remove the old doc. &
settings folders, except for the fact that now I am unable
to say Canada is where I am in regional&language settings.
I personally don't care about it (because I am Canadian)
but is this illegal? I couldn't physically be in the
States because my passport is out of date; but are we not
all in this virtual, global village? We are here, there
and everywhere?
Scuse me. I do think it is illegal and wonder if there is
a cure aside from XP reinstall for a Regional and Language
Options panel that will not allow any location other than
the United States.

1 - it not illegal at all. You can run your computer software in any
language that you want, in any location in the world that you want to do
that in. There are no laws saying you have to set it to the language of the
contry you live in.
2 - the folder you listed are normal XP folders and are needed for correct
function of windows. Do not delete them, move them, or try to move/delete
the documents and settings folder. These folders show up when you have
hidden and protected folders set to show.
