NSlookup

Hi,

When I use the nslookup tool at the cmd promt, I do an nslookup on a domain
and it comes out with the wrong IP address, and I do nslookup on another
computer on the same network and it comes up with the right IP address

Why is that?

Just a shot in the dark, but I had similar troubles in our Domain. It ended
up that DNS records were not cleaning themselves out like they should. We had
users with multiple IPs attached to them. Only one IP per user was valid, but
there were records of that user with all the old IPs that they had. So we had
to manually clean out our Reverse and forward lookup zone records every
couple weeks or so and make sure there were no multiple entries. Hope maybe
that helps.

I don't know if this counts, but this is for my domain name, not an internal
IP

Oh, I see. Then my advice is probably not going to work.
