Jonathan Bell

When I use Explorer I get the following error:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 51
Char: 2
Error: 'NS_ActualOpen' is undefined
Code: 0
URL: file://C:\Program
Files\CommonName\Toolbar\NewsBar.htm

I get this error with every single new page I view in
Explorer. Extremely annoying. Do you know how to fix?
