npptools.dll

I'm verifying my application works on Vista but I'm getting an error that
npptools.dll does not exist (beta2). What is this dll ? I checked other
windows installations and I believe this is a microsoft dll but I'm unsure
and also I'm unsure what is loading it; our application includes winpcap and
I believe it is using it but unsure.

Yep its Winpcap needs it and its something to do with network
monitoring and it is a microsoft dll. Weather you can copy it from an
XP box to Vista and it will cure the problem is an entirely different
matter. Only one way to find out.
