now on broadband, no known sent emails received, setup change?

I am using outlook 2003 which was working Ok. I have now gone on to broadband
(last three weeks)and have not received any emails at all, evan emails that I
know that has been sent to my new adress. When setting up the broadband, the
new user name was added to outlook. Is there any other settings I need to
change for broadband?
Cannot find any help in the 'Help' section.
 
contact your service provider to see what their email settings are.
