novice: gpo for administrators only

dear gpo-gurus,
i created an adm template to publish a few system-information
(sysinternals -> bginfo) on the desktop. as my servers are terminal-servers,
i would prefer, if my gpo only works for administrators, nor for all other
users. how can i do this, without running in troubles. should i place all
admins in a separate ou and then apply my gpo to this ou only ??

You can move the admins OR filter the GPO in it's security properties to
apply to only administrators. See the link below for more info and see the
