NotifyAlert.exe-common language debugging ???

This window keeps coming up:
NotifyAlert.exe Common Debugging Service
Application has generated an exception that can not be
handled process id=OxccO (3264) Tred id=Oxc18 (3096)


What is this, and how do i get rid of it permanately?

The NotifyAlert is from Dell's unpleasant little support applet. Even
disabling doesn't seem to stop it, so I always uninstall it and the
Dell Media Experience right away.

"NotifyAlert.exe --Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate application."

This occurs at any time whether on or off life. Can anyone tell me the cause and the cure for this most annoying message? Thanks a million.

Do you have a a Dell machine? it means that the .NET framework is not
installed.Install .NET framework.
