NotifyAlert.exe- Bad Image

I had the power go out in my house the other day. Whenn I rebooted th
computer I have this message. in the text box title
NotifyAlert.exe-Bad Image. In the Box it say The application or DL
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\MSCORJIT.DLL is not
valid Windows Image. Please check this against your installatio
diskette.

How can I fix this issue. I cannot close the box and it remains on m
desktop.

I would appreceiate any help to resolve this.

NotifyAlert.exe is Dell's support app and is absolutely unnecessary. It
sounds like it got corrupted. I'd just uninstall it from Add/Remove
Programs.
