Errors Pertaining To Framework

G

Guest

started getting this message at start-up last week: The application or DLL
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\MSCORJIT.DLL is not a Valid
Windows image. Please check this aginst your installation diskette It is
usually followed by three other Pop up windows that say that no debugger is
found, and other such items.

After 3 OnLine assistants, I have tried their suggested solutions, without
luck:

1) Use MSCONFIG to isolate and identify the problem area.

2) Load IExpress Setup from Microsoft.

3) Load Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1

4) Try System Restore

5) I also have used the various Error Fixing Services for fees.

6) I tried disabling the error message sources (such as notifyalert.exe and
notify.exe), but they keep coming under new titles!

I have used check disk, disk cleanup, and defrag on a regular basis, as well
as McAfee's Virus Scan.

Can anyone please help me remove those annoying Error Windows?

Hey mate,

What seems to be happening is that at startup some app is trying to
either load mscorjit.dll file into memory, which is infact corrupt. So
the only suggestion i can give is to first detect which application is
being run at startup that is causing this problem by using this tool
http://www.winpatrol.com/

and then also to reinstall the .Net framework 1.1, also it maybe that
there is some spyware on your system which is causing this problem, take
a look at this tool also
http://www.pestpatrol.com/

Hope you get your problem sorted out.
