NotifyAlert.exe - 2nd

On boot I get and error message titled NotifyAlert.exe. "Application failed
to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK" to terminate. Click on
OK, window closes, no problem. Anybody know what this is and how to get rid
of it. May have something to do with McAfee. Search for NotifyAlert.exe
turns up nothing on computer.
