Hi Help please...

Notifly me when an E-mail is opened that I sent. What to do? (OUTLOOK).
Also.
When clicking on an E-mail unread it shows as read when leaving it. I would
like it to stay un read. (OUTLOOK).

Configure to use Read Receipt. Note that this has to be supported by the
receiving client and requires receiver interaction.

Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Reading Pane...
