Notification Popups

I have changed my my home page
I have installed Google toolbar
Upon logon it verifies the same info (often fron a
different user)
Does it have to verify this every time I log on?
The same pop ups no matter what you click!
By the way fix no information found (I'm sure it's been
addressed)
