Notification bar

My notification bar has chosen to independently move from the bottom of my
computer screen and is now positioned vertically on the right hand side. How
do I move it back to the bottom of my screen?

You mean the Taskbar? Just grab it; drag-and-drop it back to where you
want it. If you need more help, please ask in a Windows group, not Outlook.
