Notification at startup

I find it *VERY* annoying that AntiSpyware has to notify me every single
time I turn my PC on that it is allowing a particular Explorer Bar through
(I told it to allow it). Once I say, "allow this explorer bar" why does it
need to tell me every time?

The one in question is called Pluck (www.pluck.com) I approved it, and now
everytime I log on to my PC I get a nice message informing me that I have
approved it.
