Notification Area

[Bandstand]

Hello:

My computer started acting weird. When you put your pointer over an item in
the notification area (systray) instead of the balloon popping up above and
in front, it pops up low and behind the task bar. You can not read what it
says.

Anyone know what caused this?

Common problem, supposed to be fixed with SP1, but wasn't. If you reboot
the problem will be gone, but will happen again in time.

Yeah, me too. Now that I'm bored with PS1 bugs I need a new set to
