notes in ts

i install notes 6.0 in terminal server in win2003server,
where i lauch notes client in rdp,an error occured:
you can not user the administration program while the
domino server is running ,either shut down the domino
server (but keep the file server running) or choose the
icon labeled 'lotus nots' instead.
why,can anyone help me,thanks

Have you tried running regmon or filemon from
www.sysinternals.com as an admin while a normal user tries
to run this program? You might find that the program is
looking for files or registry entries that aren't
available.
