notes in Outlook 2000

Has anyone ever seen this? I just went to use notes for first time since installing Office 2000, and my notes are by default full screen, and I cannot get my cursor to change over at bottom right corner to resize. Is there any other way to resize a note, or anywhere to set a size to use when opening, other than "small", which I set in the options already. Never seen this, and am not technically "advanced", although not without some knowledge. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank yo

In the upper-left-hand corner of the note, right-click yellow icon and
choose 'Restore'. This will resize the note. Then, use your mouse to
resize the note from the bottom corner. Close the note & reopen,
presto! This should be the default size from now on.

*Note: If 'Restore' option is grayed out choose the 'Move' option and
use your arrow keys to move the note over to the left until you can
get to the bottom right edge.

Lemme know if this solves your problem.

Thanks....how dumb can I feel? It never occurred to me to
see what other options I could find in other corners...all
set now, thanks!
