How to Resize Notes?

In working with "Notes" in Outlook I somehow managed to
maximize the view of an open Note to fit the full size of
my computer screen. I would like to be able resize the
Note to any size of window when it is open on my desktop.
However, when I try to grab the bottom right "resize"
corner of the Note it will not grab and let me resize. Is
there anyway to correct this problem? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Double click on the blue bar on the top (between the Note icon and the close
icon) and it will return to normal view. By the way; this also works with
other windows maxime/normalize the view.
