NotePad ?

I left a post a couple mins ago about IE. I have also noticed that I can't open "Notepad" at all. Not even thru accessories.

Anyone have any idea why ?

Should I re-Format?

Don't reformat. You may have a virus.
Update your Anti Virus software and run a full system scan.

No you should dig a hole at least 10ft deep and drop the PC down that
instead.
Jeez, would you rebuild your house every time there was something wrong with
it?

Find out what caused the problem (via here and google), fix it and do
something to stop it reoccurring.
All reformatting would do is cost you lots of time and put you right back in
the position you were when you picked upa virus or spyware.
