Notepad

I am trying to re-install notepad on an XP machine. I
noticed that it is not located in Windows Components under
Accessories. How would I then go about re-installing my
notepad that is not operating properly due to files
missing.

Thank you
 
Install it as on the C:\ then move it to accessories or just install to
accessories.
