Not working HELP

If I do the formula you said it is the wrong amount. What am I doing wrong?
Sub-Total $27.00
Shipping $4.50
Tax $20.93 =K27*0.775
Deposit

Final Balance $52.43
It keeps giving me $20.93 which can not be the tax at 7.75 on $27.00.
I feel so stupid. What am I doing wrong?
 
Again: multiply by .0775. You're currently multiplying by 77.5%, not 7.75%.
