See previous replies : this post suggests you multiplied by 0.775 not 0.0775.
 
How are you entering the 7.75%? Are you entering it in decimal form (0.0775)
or are you entering 7.75? If you're entering 7.75 and have fixed decimal
selected in your Options, that may account for multiplying by 0.775 and not
0.0775.
