NOT WORKING!!! HELP

Hi,
My microsoft Beta spyware program always jamms up when i tell it to scan. I
dont know why? I have to restart my computer. Please help!

I'd recommend scanning with an alternative scanner if you have already tried
scanning with your updated antivirus and with Microsoft Antispyware in safe
mode.

Ewido is likely to be helpful, I'd think.
