Not valid win 32 application message

When i try to download an Internet Call Waiting program
from my ISP (Earthlink) the download stops about halfway
and i get a message that says the file is not a valid
win32 application and can proceed no further. CSR at
Earthlink doesn't know how to resolve.

Anyone had a similar experience? Know how to resolve?

How about seeing if they have a newer version of the program that IS a
valid win32 app? How about finding a program that will do the job,
other that what you are trying to use?
