not sensing envelope size

When using MS Word, under tools I select envelope then under options select
the size envelope. It was set on envelope #10 and I needed the 3 5/8 x 6 1/2
so selected that size but when it prints it is printing for the #10 envelope
and not sensing the 3 5/8 x 6 1/2. This is the first time this has happened.
I tried shutting off the printer and turning it back on; going in and out of
word; resetting the envelope size under the tools icon. Nothing changes. Any
suggestions?

My suggestion is that you'd have a far better chance of getting a good
answer if you would (1) post in a newsgroup devoted to MS Word rather than
this one that is devoted to Microsoft Access database -- they should begin
with microsoft.public.msword... , (2) give pertinent information, e.g.,
version of Word, brand of printer, etc.
