Not Responding

Once I got it up and running scanned everything and was
cleaning up then it just stopped responding and not I
can't get it to even load. Can anyone help me?

Reboot the computer into Safe Mode and try the scan
again. Alot of times, if the process is running in the
background when trying to be deleted, it may cause
conflicts. Hope this helps.
