Not responding

When I try to Open my web, Frontpage stops responding and
I have to end the process.

I remember vaguely having the delete *.web folders, but
for some reason I cannot find any when I search in
Windows XP.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
What version of FrontPage running on what OS??

Shut down FrontPage.
Find and delete all files named *.web
Clear the browser cache files.
Find and delete all files named *.tmp

Reopen FrontPage and try again.
If still no luck, close FrontPage, reopen FrontPage and immediately click Help, and select "Detect
and repair."
