not recieving emails

the email account my mother is using is only set on her pc in windows mail
she has'nt read an email for 4 weeks as any sent log on her inbox and delete
or disapear within seconds. i want to put her on windows live but can't
verify the email it sends to windows mail because it gets deleted. has
anyone any ideas? thanks

This newgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database
program.
You best betr is to post this question in a newsgroup associated to your
particular mail program (Outlook?, Outlook Express?...etc)
