Not receiving replied to messages

If someone uses the reply button to reply to an email that I have sent them
through Outlook I cannot receive it, but if they copy and paste my email
address direct then it works. The message I get is:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

Can anyone halp please.

Is it the same email address when replying to, or when copy/pasting the
From address? Maybe you have an incorrect Reply-to address set?
