Ever since I got my new comuter with Vista (2 weeks) I have not been
receiving much of my email in Outlook. Mail that I have been told was sent
and that I received regularly when I had XP no longer arrives. I have added
the senders to my safe senders list and I have disable both the Windows
firewall and the McAfee firewall. Any other ideas out there as to what is
happening?

Did you setup your mail in Outlook correctly? Do you have outlook allowed
thru your firewall? Are the email acocunts from Web Providers like GMail
where you can check the web site for the junk mail section?

I got lots of other mail and the test mail, I have checked my settings and
they appear okay - the test Outlook email comes through fine. My firewalls
are turned off. I have gone in to my local junk mail and my remote junk mail
and the emails are not there either.

Do you have another computer that is still downloading the email? If so,
configure it to leave the messages on the server.
