not receiving my email, rejecting my password. I am new p.c. user

New p.c. user, my email adress always same. I received many emails daily.
Past several weeks, 0 email and Microsoft keeps rejecting yhe only password I
ever used for everything. Someone please help me.

Please include your verison of Outlook and Windows and the type of account
you use (POP, Exchange, IMAP, etc.).
