Not receiving emails

One of my networked computers is not receiving emails. It looks like it is
retrieving them but I get a 'no new messages' message. No error message.
This problem was preceded by me getting double messages for several days.
Now none. I have tried sending myself a message. One computer gets it but
this one doesn't. Can anyone help?

Hal Hostetler [MVP-P/I]

What kind of account? If a POP account and you're accessing it from two
different computers, both must be set to leave a copy of email on the server
so both can be in sync. Assuming no trouble here, the next bet would be an
AntiVirus system scanning your email.

I had made no changes in the account (POP, comcast). But I deleted the
account and recreated it and now it works !? Thanks
