not receiving email

I have an Earthlink webmail account and my Outlook 2007 email. When someone
sends me email I receive it on both. I am receiving email on my earthlink
account but not on my outlook mailbox.

Earthlink is an account.
Outlook is a program, not an account.

So just what "both" are you referring? The webmail interface to your
Earthlink account can show what is in your folders up on the server.
Outlook is a program, not an account, so you must've defined an account
in Outlook from which to retrieve e-mails. If you defined an Earthlink
account that is the same as the one to which you use the webmail
interface, and only if Outlook was configured to leave messages up on
the server, then you will see the same e-mail using the webmail
interface to your account and a local copy that got downloaded into
Outlook.
