Not receiving email in outlook 2003

Signed up for 60 day trial. Was using outlook express. Button on ISP home
page took me to it. Now button takes me to MS outlook but no mail goes to
inbox. Mail
continues to go to outlook express.

Naturally if you continue to use Outlook Express, it will continue to receive
mail. The default configuration for OE is to delete messages from the server
after downloading, so if you still run OE and it deletes the messages from the
server, then naturally there won't be any messages left for Outlook to
download.

The other possibility is that you haven't configured Outlook correctly, but
it's impossible to tell because you provide no symptoms whatsoever - no error
messages, no description of what happens when you try to use Outlook, no
mention of the status of using the Test button in the account settings.

The test message shows up in O E. I only accessed O. E. cause the mail never
went to Ms Outlook inbox
Note also that My IP has its own web mail and displays message summary.

Check all three questions below and make sure it is set like that

Did you configure Outlook correctly. Did you select Outlook as your default email
client. Did you remove your mail identity and setup from Outlook Express so as
Outlook will receive your emails and not OE providing Outlook is the default
