Not Receiving Email from Yahoo Addresses

On Vista, have a verizon email address, but use Windows Mail and I'm not
receiving any emails from people who use Yahoo.
 
Are these folks receiving Non-Delivery error messages? If so, would you
post one of them please?

Not they don't receive error messages. I just sent a test email from my
wife's Yahoo email and did not get a Non-Delivery error message.
 
Does Verizon offer a web mail interface that will allow you to check to see
if these messages are getting that far?
