I recently installed Outlook 2002 which came with my hp Pocket PC. I have set
Outlook as my default email. Now when people send me email with attachments,
the attachments aren't there. There isn't even the paperclip. I am having
this from several souces. They have been sent as pdf files or Word doc files.
I can't find anything in the documentation to explain what is happening. Help
please. Outlook 2002 on WinXP Pro.

Yes they sure do. Thank you, thank you! Now why does this happen? And why
couldn't I find any reference to this in the help files? And why doesn't the
original message show that there is an attachment?

it's a bug that has to do with the type of mail server - do you have the
latest outlook updates installed?

My Outlook Express automatically deletes every attachment because of security
reasons. Since my Norton Utilities scans each incoming and outgoing email, I
don't need this security precaution...how do I change it?

They aren't deleted, just blocked. Disable blocking completely in tools,
options, security.
